The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton became the subject of a topless photo scandal last week. A French magazine ran with the photos of Kate and her husband Prince William while taking a private vacation together.
Most British publications have steered clear of the publication of the photographs because they do not wish to violate the Royal couple’s privacy. Apparently, “Closer” magazine is not giving up its right to publish the pictures….and some other publications are following suit.
The Dublin, Ireland based publication “Daily Star” ran with a blurry copy of the photos in their pages on Saturday. The newspaper’s editor, Mike O’Kane said that they did not include those particular photos in the Northern Ireland region because it is a part of the United Kingdom.
O’Kane said, “She’s not our future queen. The duchess would be no different to any other celeb pics we would get in, for example Rihanna or Lady Gaga.”
In Italy, “Chi” magazine is gearing up to publish the photos which are to be included in a 26-page spread. Should she have a right to her privacy? Or is she fair game because she is a public figure?
Recently, “In Touch Weekly” claimed that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick were having trouble in their relationship and were living apart. Now, Kourtney’s mother/manager Kris Jenner has reportedly told the couple to save the drama for when the cameras are rolling.
An insider revealed, “Things couldn’t be worse for Kourtney and Scott right now. They are non-stop fighting and at each other’s throats, but Kris doesn’t seem to care. She says, ‘Save your drama for the cameras!’ Kris has even gone so far as to tell them to ‘play up the chaos in their relationship.’”
The source went on to say, “Kris also thinks it’s a good idea that Kourtney and Scott live in separate homes because it will add more complexity to the storyline, which will also include Kim Kardashian’s blooming love affair with Kanye West.”
Scary how they have it all planned out, isn’t it? Nothing you read in the tabloids or see on television about these people is real. It’s all phony and they are laughing all the way to the bank. When will it ever end?
Carly Rose Sonenclar was easily the best out of the best of the Providence auditions on tonight’s episode of “The X Factor”. This 13-year-old is a tiny young lady with a huge, powerful voice. Have you been tuning in to this season of the show?
Carly took on Nina Simone’s popular song, “Feelin’ Good” and knocked it completely out of the park. She is phenomenally talented and is likely to go far in this competition.
After she got through the entire song, the entire audience along with all four judges were giving her a well-deserved standing ovation. Britney Spears called her a diva and tweeted, “Miss THANG! The young ones are my favorite – their innocent sparkle just gets me. Did she kill it or did she kill it?”
She totally killed it! Good for her. We’re going to call the competition right now and declare our prediction that Carly Rose Sonenclar is going to win the second season of “The X Factor”.

On Wednesday, the second season of Simon Cowell’s talent competition “The X Factor” made its debut. It had to go head-to-head with the “other” singing competition “The Voice”. “The Voice” debuted for its second season on Monday, but added a third show on Wednesday to continue on with its blind auditions phase.
According to the “L.A. Times”, the season two premiere of “The X Factor” lost out to “The Voice” and “America’s Got Talent” in the ratings game. The show suffered a huge drop in viewers comparative to last year’s numbers. The singing show raked in 8.5 million total viewers, which is a 32 percent drop from the show’s first season premiere numbers.
FOX lost out viewers in the 18-49 category to “The Voice”. Simon is getting the royal smackdown, so it’s no wonder why he was so miffed that “The Voice” decided to put on a third show in the same week it premiered.
It’s a shame that “The X Factor” paid so much to hire Britney Spears and Demi Lovato, only to get shown up by Christina Aguilera and Adam Levine with regard to ratings. “The Voice” received 10.7 million viewers, knocking Simon’s show out of the water.

Earlier this week, “Fashion Star” mentor Jessica Simpson appeared on Katie Couric’s new show for the first time to debut her post-baby body. She has signed a rumored $4 million deal with Weight Watchers to shed the excess weight and wanted to show off her progress thus far.
Jessica was said to be just ten pounds away from her pre-pregnancy weight and was down about 40 pounds since giving birth to her daughter Maxwell Drew four months ago. Now, it’s being rumored that Jessica might be considering liposuction for a quick fix.
Earlier this week she also debuted her first commercial for Weight Watchers, but what was noticeably intriguing about the ad was that they only showed her from the cleavage and up. There was no full body shot, leading us to believe that the weight loss company wasn’t actually happy with her progress.
A source revealed to the “National Enquirer”, “She thought losing it after giving birth would be a breeze, but Jess was in for a rude awakening. The killer workouts are especially grueling for her…the diet has been the hardest work of Jess’ life.”
The spy added that “if she doesn’t lose more weight by counting calories, she’ll have liposuction when her Weight Watchers contract is up. She’s admitted to a few close friends that if she knew then what she knows now, she would have passed on Weight Watchers and just had a quick nip and tuck.”
